May Activity Challenge
30 min a day for May
We at Grow Health have decided to get moving for May. We are doing a challenge....Do something Healthy every day in May for at least 30 minutes. We have a prize for one staff member who completes this challenge. We thought it was so much fun we wanted to invite you to join us.
Pick a challenge and Get Healthy! at the end of the month if you met your challenge write a comment below. We will pick one random person to get a $75.00 gift certificate for something to help your health!
